All Covid-19 restrictions have been removed but please continue to take all precautions to stay safe in the way that we have done over the past two years. So much so that we have had to limit registrations to 70 people given the capacity of venues we plan to visit. That limit has now been met. Your QR Check-in App for both states will be important. This requirement may change by May 2022. If in doubt please make your own enquiries of specific venues you plan to visit. There will be up-dates to all registered personel between now and May. Registration for this event is essential  Please read all details below before you Register for this event. This event is primarily for the owners of the Jaguar XJS model but does not exclude other Jaguar enthusiasts from attendance. You will be asked at the time of registration to indicate the vehicle you will be driving. This event will be sponsored by the Jaguar Drivers Club of SA to provide the necessary insurance cover and in the case where your Club Registration has this requirement.        Event Details:               The Location:   Swan Hill Victoria Accommodation:   The Murray Downs Golf Club Resort - Murray Downs Drive, Murray Downs, NSW.  Phone: (03) 5033 1966 The Murray Downs Golf Club Resort is about 10 minutes drive from Swan Hill on the NSW side of the river. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.  27 reserved rooms are being held until 20 April 2022.  Please call direct (do not try and book on-line) and quote "The Jaguar Club"  NOTE: You are of course free to make alternate accommodation arrangements in Swan Hill if you wish. I sugest The Burke and Wills Motel Room Options -  (There is a weekend loading of $20 on the Friday and Saturday nights included in these tariffs, the loading will not apply to Sunday night) Studio Room @ $175.00 per night Deluxe Room @ $190.00 per night One-Bedroom Apartment @ $200.00 per night Two Bedroom Apartment @ $259.00 per night (you may wish to share accommodation and save) Breakfast arrangements available in your room (order at reception) Registration:  (Is per person . . . . . . register and pay for each person attending the event) Registration is essential via this site - TidyHQ. You must arrive at the Main Wharf on Wharf Road in Murray Bridge no later than 10:30am for boarding - the paddleboat will leave promptly at 11:00am. I have made a booking for 7pm in a private dining room under the name of Brenton. One condition is that you must have a meal there. They have been stung before where people get the private room then dont eat a meal. Can you please confirm if you are going by the Sunday 17th April so I can advise the Caledonian of numbers. We are joining with the Riley, Rover, Humber & Armstrong Siddeley, Morris & Austin Healey clubs in a lunch run at the Oxenberry Farm Winery. There will be a BBQ lunch available, also their main restaurant will be open & a childrens menu is also available. We will be parking on the lawned area (there will be marshals to assist you) & hopefully there will be live music as well. Our coffee meeting point will be at the McLaren Vale Information Centre & you can enter Oxenberry Farm Winery from 10am There will be a number of presentations including the "best dressed in the era of their car" All in all it should be a great day. Please note that there is no BYO food or alcohol as it is a winery & restuarant, however entry is free. This run will include a morning of retail therapy for your home, garden and all things in between, with morning tea available.  At 11:15am those who wish to have two therapeutic choices can continue the shopping experience, or follow the chocolate path to our next adventure. At 12:00noon we will head off to lunch, arriving at the venue at approximately 12:30pm. Run sheets will be given out on the morning before we leave.  Please register through TidyHQ as usual by Thursday 17th March so that numbers can be confirmed as there is a venue limit of 40.
