Dear All, Just a reminder of the upcoming Register meeting.  All SS, Mark IV & Mark V members are invited to attend our next Register Meeting on Saturday 13th June at Shannons, 863 South Road, Clarence Gardens. If you have a logbook, you will also be able to update or renew it. We need to discuss the Annual SS Border Run planned for 30 October to 2nd November (Melbourne Cup weekend). We are looking at potentially holding it in Mildura but need to confirm if there is enough people interested in going. The victorians are still keen.  After the Meeting it will be followed by some coffee, nibbles and technical talk. Yes it is on Again! Who is Interested? - "Vic Park Pit Stop"   We had 16 Club cars join in this event in April. Come along and join other JDCSA Members at this very informal monthly meet in Victoria Park, Adelaide. No formal registration for attendance is required by Pit Stop. However, we do wish to arrive together to facilitate parking together, so registration here on TidyHQ will assist us in knowing how many will attend as part of this club group. So please register as per the normal procedure via the  GET TICKET button. Having registered if you wish to go direct to the park, or you are arriving late, please note the map showing where we will be. Turn left immediately upon entry to the park and you should find us. Meet:    In the car park, western side of Fullarton Road (See the map provided.) Convoy:    We will leave the meet spot in convoy for Victoria Park at 7.30 am.  If you cannot meet up by 7.30 am, just turn up at your leisure. But we want a club display on the day, so please make the effort. You can leave the event at any time . . . . . so if necessary you can be home before the family get out of bed. Are you one of the Legends in the JDCSA? - Born in 1946 - On three separate occasions in the past a group of members born in 1946, affectionately known, unofficially as, "The '46ers Club", have chosen to spend a weekend away with partners to celebrate our legend status. In the past we have visited, The Riverland, Clare and Port Lincoln. This year of course, is the big one . . . . . .  as if you needed reminding. We are planning to do it again. How could we not in this big year? So, all '46ers in the club are being asked to register their interest in joining us for a weekend away. The dates have not yet been confirmed, but currently thinking of the end of September, with a visit to the Clare SA region being discussed. If you are interested in being kept in touch with arrangements and plans for this event, please register your interest in the usual fashion. Your registrations will provide us with a mailing list for further details and information. A subsequent formal email will be sent with final details and will require a formal registration to attend. We will be joined by a number of other car clubs, such a Riley, Rover & a few more & maybe one of our other Registers Morning tea will be supplied by the Register
