YOUR REGISTRATION BY "TICKET" IS ESSENTIAL FOR ATTENDANCE Please  GET TICKET to register for this event (YOU DO NOT NEED TO PRINT YOUR TICKET) Dear All, Multivalve run to Broken Hill September 2023 – Early Advice Peter and Tricia Clarke are organising a Multivalve trip away this year to Broken Hill, departing Tuesday 12th September, returning Saturday 16th September (4 nights/5 days).   They have had to fit in with availability of accommodation, school holidays and other events happening in Broken Hill.  The Multivalve Register did this trip in October 2004 and it was a huge success. 20 rooms have been booked (first in, best dressed) at the Old Willyama Motor Inn, 30 Iodide Street at $135 per night. The Motor Inn is attached to the historic 130 year old Willyama Hotel and has received very good reviews. It is a 2-minute walk to the CBD and easy walking distance to other venues that we will be using. It has excellent facilities including restaurant, bar and beer garden.  They will arrange breakfast in the restaurant for us at $20 per head but we will need a minimum number. This will be arranged closer to the visit. Peter and Tricia are planning a full schedule of activities, plus some free time to see the highlights of Broken Hill. You will need to register on TidyHQ prior to ringing the Motor Inn to secure your accommodation. Credit card details are only required, no deposit.  Phone: 8088 3355.  The booking is under "Jaguar Drivers Club" and members can book and cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival with no penalty. 13 ground level and 7 upstairs rooms have been secured, noting that some members will have difficulty in negotiating the stairs. There is plenty of off-street parking for our cars. Details of the itinerary will follow in due course. Any questions, contact Tricia and Peter Clarke: Mobile: O422 128 066 or 0403 327 299 Email:  xkr1@optusnet.com.au Regards, Peter Buck - Multivalve Register Secretary 0421 061 883   COVID-19 COVID restrictions from JDCSA events and meetings have now been removed, but some venue restrictions may still apply.  However, members should be aware of the ongoing COVID-19 risks and individually take whatever precautions that they feel are appropriate for them.  This advice remains subject to COVID restrictions that the government may apply in the future.
