You are invited to attend the General Meeting on Tuesday 7th May at The Junction Hotel.   Meals available from 6:00pm and the meeting will commence at 7:30pm. 

We are back in Stables One room this month.

We look forward to seeing as many members as possible for our meeting.

Executive Committee

If you intend to have a meal prior to the General Meeting, registration IS ESSENTIAL by
Friday 3rd May please. (The hotel needs to know for catering and staffing purposes).

It would also be appreciated if you will register even if you only intend to attend the meeting
so that we can ensure sufficient chairs are set out.
