YOUR REGISTRATION BY "TICKET" IS ESSENTIAL FOR ATTENDANCE

END OF YEAR / CHRISTMAS BBQ LUNCH

Dear Compact and XK, Mk7, 8 & 9 Register Members,

Andrew and Milly Costi, with Philip and Sue Prior, will host this event at: 

Living Choice, 123 Fisher Street, Fullarton.

Sunday, 16th, November, 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Details are as follows:

Parking: will be in the private car park off Fisher Street, immediately east of the Living Choice front entrance. All members are encouraged to BRING THE JAG, as we wish to have a significant Jaguar car park display. The car park will be exclusively ours on the day and we will need a couple of volunteer marshals on the day.

10.30 am. Morning coffee/cake etc in the cafe. An area will be reserved for our group.

11.30 am. There will be an optional tour of the facilities. (Guided by resident Ambassadors) Village Management are very keen to have this exposure. Please register for the tour when you book in, so we have the numbers.

12.30 pm. BBQ Lunch in the central courtyard. Meat will be provided by the registers. Members are to bring a salad or a sweet. BYO drinks are OK, but only in the BBQ area. Drinks and coffee will be available as take away from the cafe throughout the day.

Please contact Sue Prior (Text Only 0419 038 334). in regard to a salad or sweet you plan to bring. Sue will coordinate what people wish to bring. Just to ensure we have a good variation on the day. (10 Cheese Cakes might be a tad over the top!)

3.30 pm. Formal conclusion. However, members may choose to stay around for an early dinner in the restaurant, you can decide this on the day.

This is a combined event of the Compact and XK Registers. Registration is essential, and numbers by necessity will be restricted to the first 50 attendees.
