Dear All,

Yes, folks, we're back!  You are invited to join us for a lunch run on Thursday 3rd March.  We will meet at The Marion Hotel (849 Marion Road, Mitchell Park 5043) at 9:45am.  At 10:00am we will set off to the east for a coffee pitstop at a newly discovered venue (to me anyway!), arriving approximately 11:00am.  
At noon we will then turn to the north-west and through the Adelaide Hills to our next venue for lunch.

Run sheets will be given out on the morning before we leave and hopefully no-one will get lost!

Please register through TidyHQ as usual by Saturday 26th February at the very latest so that I can confirm numbers, as both venues have asked for six days notice. 
If you do register and find you are then unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible as I have had to pay a deposit for each member attending (refundable on attendance).

Covid-19 Event Guidelines

1.        ONLY VACCINATED MEMBERS (or those with a medical exemption) are permitted to attend Club events.

2.        If you feel unwell and have even the mildest of symptoms you must self-isolate and not attend this event.  If you have been ordered for any reason to self-isolate by the authorities, for the sake of your fellow club members and the community as a whole, you must stay home and not attend this event.

3.       It is imperative that we are all mindful and continue to practice physical distancing of 1.5 metres whilst maintaining strict personal hygiene.

4.      Please have in your car and/or in your possession appropriate hand sanitising liquid and use it frequently.

5.      It will still be best to avoid the traditional hand shake, hug or friendly kiss.

6.      Always be respectful of any requests and or restrictions that may be applied or required by venues you may be visiting.

7.      It remains mandatory for members to register via TidyHQ if intending to attend a club event.

8.      Where the venue or JDCSA provides a COVID Safe QR Code on entry to a meeting or event members are required to CHECK-IN using the code. If unable to do so a manual sign in sheet will be available to sign-in.

9.      Where the venue requires masks to be worn, members must comply.
