We have had an amazing response to this event. So much so that we have had to limit registrations to 70 people given the capacity of venues we plan to visit.

PLEASE NOTE: You should assume at this point in time that proof of vaccination via your Vaccination Certificate will be required at venues in Victoria and New South Wales. Your QR Check-in App for both states will be important. This requirement may change by May 2022. If in doubt please make your own enquiries of specific venues you plan to visit. There will be up-dates to all registered personel between now and May.

This event is primarily for the owners of the Jaguar XJS model but does not exclude other Jaguar enthusiasts from attendance. You will be asked at the time of registration to indicate the vehicle you will be driving.

This event will be sponsored by the Jaguar Drivers Club of SA to provide the necessary insurance cover and in the case where your Club Registration has this requirement.

Accommodation:   The Murray Downs Golf Club Resort - Murray Downs Drive, Murray Downs, NSW.  Phone: (03) 5033 1966

The Murray Downs Golf Club Resort is about 10 minutes drive from Swan Hill on the NSW side of the river.

Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.  27 reserved rooms are being held until 20 April 2022. 

Please call direct (do not try and book on-line) and quote "The Jaguar Club" 

NOTE: You are of course free to make alternate accommodation arrangements in Swan Hill if you wish. I sugest The Burke and Wills Motel

Room Options - 

(There is a weekend loading of $20 on the Friday and Saturday nights included in these tariffs, the loading will not apply to Sunday night)

• Studio Room @ $175.00 per night
• Deluxe Room @ $190.00 per night
• One-Bedroom Apartment @ $200.00 per night
• Two Bedroom Apartment @ $259.00 per night (you may wish to share accommodation and save)
• Breakfast arrangements available in your room (order at reception)

Registration:  (Is per person . . . . . . register and pay for each person attending the event)

• Registration is essential via this site - TidyHQ. If you have not used this site before you will be instructed on how to open your ACCOUNT . . .    . . . . . Follow the prompts. 
• A registration fee of $20.00 per person attending will apply to cover incidental administration and up-front costs etc.
• PLEASE REGISTER FOR EVERY LISTED ACTIVITY YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. We require the numbers for these events for organistion and catering purposes. 
• The Pyap River cruise also requires payment at the time of registration ($20.00pp). This is a group booking for a private cruise.
• All other expenses, Museum entry, Pioneer Village entry, meals, etc., will be PAYG.

NOTE:  On the registration form you will be asked for basic details of the vehicle in which you will be                travelling.  eg. Make - Model - Year

The Program:

Friday       

• Arrive and check-in to your accommodation at the Murray Downs Golf Club Resort
• 5.00pm. Happy Hour at the Murray Downs Golf Club - 'The Balcony Room', - Proof of Vaccination is Required
• 6.00pm. Followed by a  semi-formal meal  - 'The Balcony Room'  Proof of Vaccination is Required.  

Saturday:

• 9.00am - Leaving the Murray Downs Golf Club Resort car park for a tourist drive / day out.
• 9.30am - Andrew Peace Winery, 4077 Murray Valley Highway Piangil, Vic. Proof of Vaccination is Required.
• 11.30am - Catalina Flying Boat Museum - Lake Boga, ( Entry $12.00 pp). Proof of Vaccination is Required. Staying approximately one hour. . . . . Boo's Lakeside Cafe  will be open for coffee on arrival or at your leisure during our time there, as you please.
• 12.30pm - Leave Lake Boga and return to Swan Hill
• 1.00pm - Lunch at "Spoons Restaurant" - 125 Monash Drive, Swan Hill. Proof of Vaccination is Required
• 4.30pm - 5.30pm - Murray River Cruise  (P.S. Pyap) ($20.00 pp to be paid with registration).  Proof of Vaccination is Required
• Saturday evening will be free time to do as you please.

Sunday:   

• 9.00am - 12.00pm  A car display to show off our cars in the style of a 'Cars and Coffee' event at a venue to be decided. ...... Local car clubs and enthusiasts will be invited to join us for this event.
• A visit to the Pioneer Village sounds like a great idea, if you choose, up to you.
• 5.00pm. - Happy Hour at the Murray Downs Golf Club, 'The Balcony Room', - Proof of Vaccination is Required
• 6.00pm. - Followed by our final semi-formal meal, 'The Balcony Room'  -  Proof of Vaccination is Required
