Compact Register Christmas Picnic - Sunday 13th December 2020

Everyone is invited to join us for a picnic to celebrate the Christmas season.  Don't worry if you don't drive a Compact Register car, we would love to welcome you to share in our Christmas picnic.

BYO everything you need for a picnic.  Chairs, food and drink.

Come when you can and leave when you need to.  We will be there from 4.30pm under a big shady tree.  Look for the Jaguar.

Please note, that if the forecast temperature is for 35 degrees and over the picnic will be cancelled.

All attendees are asked to register for this event.  Click on the Event Details at the bottom of this invitation

There is no need to print your ticket.

Event Guidelines

1.        If you feel unwell and have even the mildest of symptoms you must self-isolate and not attend this event. If you have been ordered for any reason to self-isolate by the authorities, for the sake of your fellow club members and the community as a whole, you must stay home and must not attend this event.

2.        We recommend that all participants have the COVID 19 Tracing App downloaded on their phone.

3.        It is imperative that we are all mindful and continue to practice physical distancing of 1.5 metres whilst maintaining strict personal hygiene.

4.      Please have in your car and/or in your possession appropriate hand sanitising liquid and use it frequently.

5.      It will still be best to avoid the traditional hand shake, hug or friendly kiss . . . . Sorry, to be a party pooper!

6.        Always be respectful of any requests and or restrictions that may be applied or required by venues you may be visiting.

7.        The Register Secretary will be required to record the names and contact details of all people participating in the event and file a copy with the club Secretary.
