PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION  . . . . . BEFORE REGISTERING

Registration:

Registrations are open now ...........$30 per person. Registrations will close on 31st March 2021.

If you do not have a current account with this site you will be required to open an account by following the instructions. 

(NB. TidyHQ site was also used for the Jaguar National Rally in 2018 some people will already have an account)

When registering please register by 'purchasing' a ticket for all events FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING THAT EVENT so we know the numbers attending each event. This includes breakfast option on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Mildura Golf Club Resort.  287 Twelfth St, Mildura VIC            Ph: (03) 5023 1147 

25 rooms have been booked. Please make your own reservations by phoning the Golf Resort. Mention the Jaguar Club Group Booking to get your group discount. If you seek to book on line you will find NO ROOMS available.

The accommodation is adequate and comfortable, not luxurious but the general amenities of the Club provide the opportunity for casual and relaxed times together, a private function room for our two main meals together and under cover parking.

Room Options: (All rooms are $80.00 for 2 people) (Breakfast will be in "The Club Bistro" PAYG, cash or card, you cannot charge to your room

(Clearly the refurbished rooms provide the best option so get in early and book your accommodation NOW!)

So What’s On . . . . . ?

Friday 16 April:     

5.00pm.       Happy Hour—Meet and Greet at the Club Bar and the adjacent outdoor garden area. (Some nibbles would be welcome)

6.00pm.       Group Meal in the Golf Resort “Balcony Room” (ala carte PAYG, card or cash ONLY not to your room) (Numbers required when registering)  We have exclusive use of this area.

Saturday 17 April:

8-9.00am  Breakfast—In the Bistro —(Cash or Card,  not to your room) (Numbers required when registering)

9.30am. Assemble in the car park for a relaxed group tour of some of the local attractions of interest, (Numbers required when registering)

Includes the opportunity to take a look at “BIG LIZZY” - Jacaranda Street Red Cliffs .

11.30am. A visit to Rio Vista Historic House and Art Centre. FREE ENTRY

NOTE: At Mildura Arts Centre , please observe the Conditions of Entry, a brief summary is below:

1.  Please do not touch, or in any other way interfere with artwork on display.

2.  Please check all backpacks, large bags, umbrellas or any other item as directed by MAC staff, at reception.

3.  Photography is not allowed in the galleries.

4.  Food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries.

5.  Prams, Strollers, Walking frames, aids, wheelchairs, Guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome in the Galleries.

Areas without wheelchair access are Gallery 5 and Rio Vista Historic House.

 

1.00pm. Enjoy Lunch at Trentham Estate Winery. (ala carte menu PAYG), overlooking the Murray River. (Numbers required when registering)

Sunday 18 April:

8-9.00am Breakfast—In the Bistro —(PAYG Cash or Card  not to your room(Numbers required when registering)

9.30am. Assemble in the Club Car Park in preparation for a convoy to Coffee & Cars——(10.00am—1.00pm) Jaguar XJC Display, Nowingi Place, Hugh King Drive, Mildura overlooking the Murray River…….all Jaguar cars welcome. We do hope to be joined by members of  the local car club.

Café on site, for coffee, lunch etc.

The afternoon is FREE TIME—More site seeing, take a Ma/Pa Nap, (whatever blows your hair back)

5.00pm. Happy Hour—at the Club Bar and the adjacent outdoor area. (Some nibbles would be good)

6.00pm. Final evening meal together in the Golf Resort “Balcony Room” (ala carte PAYG Card or Cash)

Monday 19 April:

8.00am. A Farewell Breakfast together in the Golf Resort Bistro —(PAYG Cash or Card, not to your room
