This membership exists until the member is accepted as a full member after being displayed in the Classic Marque for one month.
If no one has raise an objection and they have paid the apprioriate fee (including joining fee) then the Membership Officer transfers them across to there nominate membership level
The membership fee includes a joining fee of $35
